What goes into rooms like these
The decisions, the rough work and the details that make a finish hold up. Three project types, opened up.
Kitchen remodels
A kitchen lives or dies on layout. Before demo starts we lock island size, aisle widths and appliance placement on paper, then bring plumbing and electrical up to code while the walls are open and easy to reach. Cabinets and counters get ordered early so the job never stalls waiting on a box.
- Layout locked on paper before demo day
- Plumbing and electrical updated while walls are open
- Cabinets, counters and hardware ordered early
- Inspected at every required stage
Bath remodels
The part of a bath you never see decides how long it lasts. We treat the waterproofing behind the tile as the real job, size ventilation for the room instead of the minimum, and set blocking and drains before anything pretty goes in. Then the vanity, tub and glass land on surfaces that are actually flat and plumb.
- Waterproofing detailed behind every wet wall
- Ventilation sized for the room, not the code minimum
- Blocking set early for glass, rails and hardware
- Fixtures picked to fit real daily routines
Outdoor living
In Arizona the backyard is a second living room for most of the year. Shade comes first, footings get engineered instead of guessed, and gas and electrical runs are permitted and inspected like any room inside. Finishes are chosen to shrug off summer sun and monsoon dust.
- Covered structures framed for Valley summers
- Footings and posts engineered for the span
- Gas and electrical runs permitted and inspected
- Materials that stand up to sun and dust storms
